Hot water, water pump, and toilet basics for the Winnebago View 24J bathroom and sink.
Sink and Medicine Cabinet
The sink and medicine cabinet are just outside the bathroom door. With the water pump on, you’ll have water at the sink.
Truma AquaGo Hot Water Heater
The Truma AquaGo instant hot water heater is on the [wall location] inside the bathroom. Set it by turning the knob to one of three positions:
Off: 3 o’clock
Instant hot: 2 o’clock
Eco: 1 o’clock
Keep the knob between 1 and 3 o’clock. Don’t turn it to 4 or 5 o’clock.
Water Pump Switch
Right below the AquaGo is the water pump switch. Turn it on to get water to the shower and toilet.
Flushing the Toilet
The toilet flushes with a foot pump.
Press the foot pump halfway to fill the bowl with water.
Press it all the way down to flush.
Keep holding the foot pump for an additional 5 to 10 seconds. This gives the system enough water to move the waste all the way into the black tank.
Troubleshooting
No water at the sink, shower, or toilet? Make sure the water pump is on. The switch is right below the Truma AquaGo inside the bathroom.
No hot water? Check the AquaGo knob. Set it to 2 o’clock for instant hot or 1 o’clock for eco. At 3 o’clock, it’s off.
Waste not clearing the bowl? Hold the foot pump down for an additional 5 to 10 seconds after you flush to send more water through to the black tank.
