Grocery Delivery & Pickup Options

HIT THE ROAD FASTER WITH YOUR GROCERY ORDER

Our goal at Blacksford is to make your trip as seamless as possible. When it comes to hitting the road and getting onto your adventure as quick as possible we recommend Walmart or Instacart for your grocery needs. 

Please note that the $30 stocking fee covers our time to properly stock your groceries in the RV. Questions? Please reach out to us at reservations@blacksford.com. We are more than happy to help!

For all deliveries: Make sure the name on the receipt matches your reservation. If there is no name on the receipt, we cannot guarantee you will receive your items.

1) Walmart Pickup 

(no stocking fee)

  • Get the Walmart app & create an account

  • Order your groceries for pickup

  • Select a time for pickup. We recommend choosing a time 1.5 hours after your orientation.

    • Example: If you are scheduled for pickup at 8:30am, choose a pickup time after 10am

  • Leave Blacksford and pickup groceries

    • Walmart - Bozeman - 1500 N 7th Ave, Bozeman, MT 59715

    • Walmart - Las Vegas - 6005 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119

2) Walmart Delivery

($30 stocking fee)

  • Get the Walmart app & create an account

  • Order your groceries for delivery to your rental hub:

    • Bozeman - 20777 Frontage Road, Belgrade, MT 59714

      Las Vegas - 500 Pilot Road, Paradise, NV 89119

  • Select a time for delivery in the afternoon PRIOR to your RV pickup, between 12-4pm.

    • Example: If your RV pickup is on a Wednesday, your groceries must be delivered between 12–4pm on Tuesday

  • Blacksford will stock your RV with your groceries prior to your arrival, allowing you to hit the road after the orientation

 

Instacart Delivery

$30 stocking fee

  • Download the Instacart app & create an account

  • Order your groceries for delivery to your rental hub
