About the position
We are hiring for the position of Blacksford Book Keeper on a part time basis.
Minimum of High School diploma / GED required with a Bachelors Degree being preferred.
Valid drivers license and good driving record.
Technology savvy (iPhone, iPad, Android)
Be comfortable using technology to communicate with leadership
Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Gusto Payroll, preferably certified
Daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of financial transactions
Initial set up of Xero and Gusto systems
Quarterly Tax Obligation payments (state, fed, other)
Review and process payroll
Review and process employee expense
Review and process AR
Monthly Accounting reports as needed
