About the position

We are hiring for the position of Blacksford Book Keeper on a part time basis.  

Required Experience

  • Minimum of High School diploma / GED required with a Bachelors Degree being preferred.

  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.

  • Technology savvy (iPhone, iPad, Android)

  • Be comfortable using technology to communicate with leadership

  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Gusto Payroll, preferably certified

Expected Duties

  • Daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of financial transactions

  • Initial set up of Xero and Gusto systems

  • Quarterly Tax Obligation payments (state, fed, other)

  • Review and process payroll

  • Review and process employee expense

  • Process AP

  • Review and process AR

  • Monthly Reconciliation

  • Monthly Accounting reports as needed
